Open Gym Rules

Fridays – 6:00 pm to 9:00pm

In order to participate fighters will need to answer a few safety questions and their first fights have to be in the presence of designated instructors.  Once fighters have passed the safety check they are welcome to spar.  Please read below for the rules.

Members get free access to our open gym.  Fighters from other clubs and organizations are welcome to join us.  We offer punch cards for fighters that would like to participate in open gym only and not take classes.

We record and post a lot of the fights that happen at our Open Gym.  That way fighters can study their mistakes and improve their fighting fighting.  Visit our YouTube Channel to see open gym fights, tournaments, and training tips.
