One of the things I love about cooking with ground beef is how much diced veggies I can mix into it and still have everything tasting great. I’m not always the best about eating vegetables. It’s a combination of taste and texture. When I chop them up into tiny little bits and cook it with meat problem solved. I get a tasty “carnivore” style meal loaded full of nutrients. When it comes to training and fitness what you eat is just as important as what you do. Just like fitness it doesn’t have to be torture. We find sports and activities to make working out fun. The same thing applies to food. Experiment, try new things, and see what works for you. Your healthy experiments are significantly better then eating fast food so don’t feel guilty if you think it isn’t perfectly healthy. Let go and have fun with it.
