Friday Drill 3/1 – March of the Drill

The three pillars of the Iron-warrior system is Fitness, skill work, and nutrition. For the month of February we focused on fitness. 1 Through 6 Pell Drill

This drill can be used with both longsword or sword and shield. The number combinations for this drill are:

1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, 1-6

2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-6

3-1, 3-2, 3-3, 3-4, 3-5, 3-6

4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6

5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5, 5-6

6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4, 6-5, 6-6
