Wednesday Workout 2/20 – February Fitness

Come join a team to build you up. We are always having fun at Ironside whether it is working out or performing at demonstrations the Ironside team is looking out for each other. We would love to have you join us! The team that plays together stays together.

Pike Push-ups x10

Spider-Man Planks x10 (Left/Right =1)

100 meter sprint/jog

When you finish the sprint, drop down and start over. Get that motor running!!!

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes.
