Tuesday Workout 2/19 – Fitness February

Welcome back to another episode of Fitness February! Did you know we have kids classes and entire families that come to workout with us? Fitness and healthy living isn’t just for adults. In fact head fitness coach, Duncan McCallum, found his passion for fitness at an incredibly young age. His passion and excitement for fitness has lasted a lifetime and is evident in the workouts he creates.


Let’s go for it today…AMRAP-style.

Perform the following exercises in Circuit #1 for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds. When your rest is completed, perform the subsequent exercise; same work/rest ratio of 45 seconds/15 seconds.

Once you have completed each of the five exercises, begin Circuit #1 again IMMEDIATELY.

Repeat four (4) times.

Circuit #1

High Knees (In Place)

Alternating Reverse Lunges

Plank Tucks


In/Out Squat Jumps

Twenty minutes of work…try to add a rep each time you repeat Circuit #1. Dig deep.
