Push-ups x 30 seconds
Hollow Rock Hold x As Long As Possible
Frog Jumps x 30 seconds
Cross-Body Touches x 30 seconds
Diamond Push-Ups x 30 seconds
Plank Tucks x 30 seconds
Rest 2 minutes; Repeat Circuit #1 three (3) times.
All told this should take 25-30 minutes tops. Go right at this today…push yourselves to get one more rep per set per circuit. Dig deep.
