Friday Workout 2/15 – Fitness February


Hope everyone enjoyed/survived yesterday. It’s a lot of work being healthy.

It’s an everyday thing.

Today, let’s get some work done!!!

Complete each exercise in Circuit #1 for sixty (60) seconds; when your timer goes off, immediately transition to the next exercise with as little rest as possible.

Circuit #1

High Knees (In Place)

Hand Release Push-Ups

Plank Kick-Throughs

Seal Jacks

Side-To-Side Mountain Climbers

Rest 1-2 minutes, Repeat Circuit #1 three (3) times.

18-21 minutes of work.
