Wednesday workout 2/13 – Fitness February

It’s the middle, or peak of the week. Keep going strong with Fitness February! 1/3 of our Iron-warrior system is fitness. Fitness is crucial for martial arts! All of these workouts are custom made by our head fitness coach, Duncan McCallum.


I drew four cards this morning:

5 of Spades

Jack of Hearts

8 of Diamonds

4 of Clubs

THE ACE OF ♠️!!!

Complete the following exercises one after another with as little rest in between as possible. After completing the circuit, rest 30-60 seconds and repeat 15 times.

5 Frog Jumps

10 Alternating Reverse Lunges (L/R=1)

8 Hand Release Push-Ups

4 Spider-Man Planks (L/R=1)

10 Plank Tucks
