Fitness February is going strong. Here is a great workout made by our head fitness coach Duncan McCallum. The amazing thing about Duncan, he tries all of his workouts before posting them for others. He leads from the front and never asks people to work harder than he is willing to himself.
Let’s take it back to a Front/Back workout. Complete Circuit #1 and rest 1-2 minutes; repeat Circuit #1 four (4) times.
Push-Ups x 10
Crunches x 15
Pike Push-Ups x 10
Leg Raises x 20
Divebombers x 10
Partial Sit-Ups x 25
I’m not PARTICULARLY fleet of foot and I finished this in under 20 minutes. Grats…you got a good pump, used all of your energy pathways, and ran a mile.
You’ve got time Team! Push yourselves!!!
When this gets hard, and it will when you really drop the hammer, remember: I’m proud of you. Your Team is proud of you. And when they need you, you will be there.
