Complete each exercise;
45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest.
High Knees (In Place)
Degree Jump SquatsToe Touch Push-Up Hops (Yes, this is a real thing!)
Lateral Plank Walks (5 steps left/5 steps right)
Flutter Kicks (Left/Right=1)
Alternating Front-To-Back Lunges
Rest 2 minutes and repeat.
