Friday Workout 2/8 – Fitnesses February

It’s the end of the week, keep going strong! This heart pounding workout was brought to you by the amazing Duncan McCallum, head fitness coach at Ironside MC. There are three essential aspects to being a great martial artist, and the Iron-Warrior Way, fitness, nutrition, and skills. For the month of February we are focusing on fitness.

FREYASday HIIT

Complete each exercise;

45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest.
