Thursday Workout 2/7 – Fitness February

Head fitness coach Duncan McCallum pulled out all the stops for this one! Here is a fun and creative way to workout. These workouts are amazing, but they are so much better done with a group to help encourage and ask questions. “You remember the stories John use to tell us about the the three chinamen playing Fantan? This guy runs up to them and says, “Hey, the world’s coming to an end!” and the first one says, “Well, I best go to the mission and pray,” and the second one says, “Well, hell, I’m gonna go and buy me a case of Mezcal and six ladies.” And the third one says “Well, I’m gonna finish the game.”

“I shall finish the game, Doc.”

Get that deck of cards out. Shuffle ‘em.

Hearts are Mountain Climbers (L/R=1)

Diamonds are Leg Raises

Spades are Squat Jumps

Clubs are Hindu Push-Ups


***If you have trouble with Hindu Push-Ups, perform regular push-ups***

Perform these exercises one after another based on the card you pull.

First to finish the deck wins.
