Wednesday workout 2/6 – Fitness February

Here is where the stuff of champions is made, middle of the week keep working hard. Here is a workout to put some extra energy into your day. All of these workouts are custom written by our head fitness coach Duncan McCallum. We would love to have you come join us for a free class and see how a knight trains.

It’s hump day, so you know it’s time for


Complete each exercise for 30 seconds; upon completion transition as quickly as possible to the next exercise in Circuit #1. At the end of circuit #1, rest 2-3 minutes.

Circuit #1

Plank Build-Ups

Mountain Climbers

Frog Jumps (Hands to Ground)

Alternating Reverse Lunges

Plank Kick Throughs (Go slow the first round)


Bear Crawl

Reverse Bear Crawl (Bazinga!)


400/m Jog/Run…Sprint the straights, Jog the curves

Rest 2-3 minutes; Repeat 3x. Repeat 4x if your elbow fits in your ear.
