Free Workout from B Greater Fitness – 1/29

With the start of a new year, we are focusing on fitness to get everyone ready for the competition season. You will have a lot more success if you are working out with a team to help support, push, and encourage. If you like these workouts come give Ironside classes a try!

Time to do the work….

Circuit #1

  • Body weight squats – 60 seconds
  • Burgess – 30 seconds
  • Plank build-ups – 60 seconds
  • Side-to-side burgess – 30 seconds
  • Alternating Reverse Lunges – 60 seconds
  • Burpees – 30 seconds
  • Pike Push-up – 60 seconds
  • Side-to-side burpees – 30 seconds
  • Leg raises -60 seconds
  • Burpees – 30 seconds
  • Push-ups – 60 seconds
  • Mountain climbers – 30 seconds

Rest 2 minutes; Repeat Circuit #1 two times

All you need is 20 minutes and about 7 feet of floor.

You have time. You have space.
