The Evolution of the fighter

When I teach students how to sword fight I customize what I teach based on the person, their abilities, and inclination. Each person is unique, therefore their fighting style is also unique. Through adaptation and a systemic approach students are able to gain great skills very quickly. With that in mind I also work with experienced fighters to overcome personal weaknesses to help them take their fighting to the next level of intensity.

The last time I competed at the World Championship I was very muscular and slow. Now I am working hard to slim down and build speed and endurance. This will completely transform my fighting style.

Since I started training again in October I have cut 4.24 minutes off my average run time. I am now running 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. That is an average of 12 minute miles. My goal is to run 3 miles in 30 minutes. I am also 30 pounds lighter than I was in October. Super excited I have developed a 2 pack. 4 more to go before I have a full 6 pack 😛. So happy with the results I’m getting with my new nutrition and fitness plan. I don’t just teach my iron-warrior system, I live it!

Change and adaptation is a slow process, but with the right support it can give you incredible results. Whether you are new or experienced come join the Ironside team and find out how absolutely high you can go!
